Introduction

This page shows the latest release notes for FieldFX Mobile. You can see the release channels that FieldFX Mobile uses for its release. Also, shown are the latest version numbers with the release dates. Each of the version numbers are linked to individual sections detailing what had changed.

Release Channels

The release used on a mobile device is defined in the user’s profile.

Depending on what release a user profile has, FieldFX has four release channels for customers.

	1393	We fixed an issue in FX Mobile, not in Back Office, where certain customers were see an error for all PDF Reports. The issue was corrected and PDF reports can be seen in FX Mobile.

Enhancements	1036	We have made an enhancement for customers to migrate to the new date/time pickers used in FX Mobile. This release shows a new toggle on the FX Mobile home page so the user can use the new date/time pickers or the old date/time pickers. After April 18, 2023, the previous date/time pickers will be discontinued. See Job Date and Time Picker, Quote Date and Time Picker, or Ticket Date and Time Picker in FX Mobile for more information.
Enhancements	1302	We have added the `FX5__Job_Contact__c` records to the Mobile Sync. Before, these records weren’t being synced. Job Contact is now an option under "Syncable Objects" in the Profile Wizard.
Bug Fixes	1262	We fixed an issue where the fxl_file_viewer wasn’t syncing PDF Reports to Mobile and was blocking the reports from rendering. With this release, the PDF reports sync to mobile and the reports tab show the PDF report.
	1265	We fixed an issue where there were dashes in the name of the report. This caused issues tests by our FieldFX QA failed. When reports are now created, dashes have been removed from the name.
	1290	We fixed an issue where spaces in the `User.FX5__Mobile_Sync_Profile__c` causes Sync Profiles not to sync down to the Static Resource. Now, when the Sync Wizard saves the static resource, all the spaces in the name are replaced with the underscore character.
	1366	We fixed an issue where when created in Mobile had the name with dashes.
