DataGuide in the FieldFX Mobile App

The FieldFX Mobile App can utilize ServiceMax DataGuide Forms so users can complete and submit forms from their mobile device.

Your org must have DataGuide installed to utilize ServiceMax DataGuide forms. Also, the system admin and users accessing the DataGuide forms must have the necessary permissions. Contact your system administrator if you are unable to access the forms.

Callout Name Description

Job

Name of the Job.

Status

Status of the job.

Job Tabs

Navigate to different parts of the job. The current tab is in green text.

Sort options

A dropdown menu of options to sort the list of forms. Options are Form name, LastSavedOn, and Started By.

Search

Use this to search for forms if there a many attached to the job.

Form Data

The form specifics are shown in columns (in Landscape orientation) and as a card (in portrait orientation).

Action Buttons

There are two buttons:

  • Select - Tap to select one or more forms. Tap the select circle next to the form. You can tap Copy to make a new version of the form.

  • Add - Tap to add a new form.
