Changing Your Login Password

Complete one of the following:

If using Salesforce Classic:

At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

Under Quick Links, click Change My Password
-

If using Lightning Experience:
-
At the top of the page, click your image and select Settings
-
On the sidebar, click My Personal Information → Change My Password
-
-
-
In Current Password, enter your old password
-
In New Password and Confirm New Password, enter a new password
-
Click Save
Changing Your Security Question

Complete one of the following:

If using Salesforce Classic:

At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

Under Quick Links, click Change My Password

If using Lightning Experience:
-
At the top of the page, click your image and select Settings
-
On the sidebar, click My Personal Information → Change MyPassword

In Security Question, select your preferred security question
-
In Answer, enter the answer to your security question

Click Save
Changing Your Personal Information

Make changes

Click Save
Changing Your Language & Time Zone

Complete one of the following:

If using Salesforce Classic:

At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

On the sidebar, click Personal → Language & Time Zone.

If using Lightning Experience:

At the top of the page, click your image and select Settings

On the sidebar, click My Personal Information → Language & Time Zone

Make the following entries:

Time Zone: select the time zone in which to display date/time values
-
Locale: select a locale to determine the format of dates, times, and names
-
Language: select the language to use for fields and labels
-

Click Save
Changing Your Personal Currency

Complete one of the following:

If using Salesforce Classic:

At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

On the sidebar, click Personal → Advanced User Details

If using Lightning Experience:

At the top of the page, click your image and select Settings

On the sidebar, click My Personal Information → Advanced User Details

Click Edit
-
In Currency, select a new personal currency
-
Click Save
Personal currency amounts display in parentheses in Currency fields. Enable the Parenthetical Currency Conversion feature to display personal currency amounts. |
Changing Your Tabs
You can customize the tabs that display in FieldFX Back Office. The tabs can be changed and reordered whether you use Salesforce Classic or the Salesforce Lightning Experience.

At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

Complete one of the following:

Under Quick Links, click Customize My Tabs

On the sidebar, click Display & Layout → Customize My Tabs

In Custom App, select "Field Ticketing"

Complete any of the following:

Add a Tab
-
In Available Tabs, select the tab
-
Click Add
-
In Selected Tabs, select the tab
-
Change its position using Up and Down
-

Remove a Tab
-
In Selected Tabs, select the tab
-
Click Remove
-
-
Reorder the Tabs
-
In Selected Tabs, select the tab to move
-
Change its position using Up and Down
-
Repeat for other tabs until you have the desired sequence

Click Save

Salesforce Lightning Experience

Click the pencil icon next to the tabs.

At the Edit Field FX App Navigation Items window, click Add More Items.
-
To rearrange the items, click on the three lines next to the item, hold and drag up or down to the desired order.

After you have the order set, click Save.
-
To add more items to the tabs, click Add More Items.
