FieldFX Mobile App Reports Page

You can create, view and print FX Reports in FieldFX Mobile App.

To add a new report or edit an existing report, see FieldFX Back Office Report Editor and Report Template Editor in FieldFX Admin Portal Tools.

Report Listing

The layout of reports are the same for jobs and tickets.

Search for a report.

Sort the reports by the following:

  • Title

  • CreatedDate

  • Title

A - Click the arrow to see a preview of the report.

Report details.

Report Preview

Tap on the file name to see a preview of the report. A PDF preview of the report appears.

Tap Print to print the report to a connected printer.

Step-by-Step Guides

Access Reports in a Job or Ticket

  1. Tap Menu Icon and choose Job or Tickets.

    Jobs automatically appears when first logging into the FieldFX Mobile App.
  2. Tap the Reports tab to view the reports attached to a job or ticket.

    If there are no reports attached, the message No Records Found appears.

  3. To add a new report, continue with Add a new Report.

Add a new Report

  1. Tap + Add.

  2. At the Select a Report Template, select a listed template.

  3. Depending on the chosen template, a new report record is created and the report preview window appears.

  4. Tap the report to open a preview.

  5. Tap the X to close the preview and see the list of reports again.

Preview a Report

The preview is a read-only view of the report.
