Access FieldFX Mobile App
Prerequisites
To setup and use FieldFX Mobile, you need to:

You can download the FieldFX Mobile App from your device’s app store. |
If you are an Admin, do not assign FieldFX mobile users the System Administrator profile in back office. |
Step-by-Step Guides
After you sign-in, you can
Sign in to FieldFX Mobile App

Navigate to the app on the device and tap it to launch.

At the login screen, tap Sign In to login.

Enter the user Salesforce credentials, then tap Log In.

After logging in, the Job screen appears as normal.
Switch to a Different Org
Users can access the production org, any sandbox org, or a custom domain to which they have valid credentials.

After launching the app, tap Configure Sign In in bottom corner of the app.

Choose the domain shown.

Define a Custom Domain
Some orgs use a Custom Domain to access FieldFX to take advantage of Single Sign On capabilities.
If you use Mobile Device Management (MDM) software, you can manage custom domains through the MDM solution. |

At the FieldFX Mobile App Domain Selection screen on the device, tap the Add Custom Domain link.

At the Add Custom Domain modal, enter the Name for the Custom Domain and the Server Address to use for logging in, then click Save.

The custom domain is available to select as the environment to use when logging in.
Perform a Sync
When you log into FieldFX Mobile App, a sync is automatically performed. A sync doesn’t need to be performed.
If you want to perform a manual sync, tap image::FXM_Menu_Icon.png[Menu Icon] and select Sync Now.
Use Sync Diagnostics
If you want to diagnose the sync, tap image::FXM_Menu_Icon.png[Menu Icon] and select Sync Diagnostics.
The Sync Information window displays the following:

Current logged in user’s profile

Version number of the app being used along with the date, time, and duration of the sync

Any pending changes
-
Any pending analytics events
-
Any sync errors
There are three links:

Full Sync Now - Performs a full sync

View Manifest - Opens the specific technical details
