Admin Portal - Dashboard Updates

We have made an enhancement to rename the Report Template Editor on the Admin Portal Dashboard to the Document Template Editor.

We have replaced the location of the Report Editor in the Admin Tool Dashboard so it points to the new Report Editor.

We updated the URL internally for the Report Template Editor so it can be referenced in the ServiceMax DataGuide Package.

We fixed an issue in the Admin Tools Dashboard. When a user clicks on the Submit a Case button under the Support block, the user is redirected to https://community.servicemax.com/s/ to open a case.

The link to "https://support.liquidframeworks.com/support/login" is outdated.

We fixed an issue in the admin tools (under the Miscellaneous section) where "Report Editor" is now "Report Template Editor"

Multi Login

The Admin Portal now supports multiple logins, making it easier to manage changes across different sandbox and production environments. Log in to multiple environments, then use Switch User to change which user is active.

We improved an issue where the Admin Portal Dashboard should check Custom Permissions to hide/show Tools.

We have added the Mobile Config under Trucking to the Admin Tools dashboard.

We have added the Sync Profile Wizard to the Admin Tools dashboard.

We have added the DataGuide to the Admin Tools dashboard

We have moved the most frequently used tools to the top of the dashboard.

We fixed an issue where a user’s unable to login to hosted dashboard after logging into embedded dashboard and their session expires.

We added a confirmation dialog when a user attempts to exit with unsaved changes.

We added the Sync Profile Wizard to the Admin Portal dashboard.

We added a method to manage and upload logos.

We have changed the Admin Portal dashboard to put the most frequently used tools at the top.
