FieldFX Mobile App Installation & Configuration

If your device meets the requirements, you can configure the app.

Requirements

To successfully run the FieldFX Mobile app, ensure that the devices you are using meet the hardware and software requirements.

Download from Your App Store

Depending on your device and OS, search for FieldFX in your app store.

App Store

Windows Microsoft Store

Select Install to add the FieldFX Mobile App to your device.

Configuration

If the mobile user has been set up correctly, there is no configuration once the app is installed and running.

Select a screen name for an overview of the settings or configurations that determine how the FieldFX Mobile App screen displays to a user.

Sync Functions

The FieldFX Mobile App has been redesigned to emphasize the functionality and less on the syncing of data. The sync functions are still available but the new app uploads every 30 seconds or whenever a user navigates away from an edit screen.

Tap the menu icon and select:

Sync Now

Performs a full sync immediately after selecting this option

Sync Diagnostics

Displays the currently logged in user, any pending changes, any analytics events and sync errors.

Tap Full Sync Now

To perform a full sync.

The View Manifest and View Logs links should only be used at the instruction of support.

Tap View Manifest

To view information user information and FieldFX objects to resolve issues with support.

Tap View Logs

To view information on the sync log.

About

Displays version information.

Sign out

Signs the current user out of the FieldFX Mobile App.
