Invoices
Introduction
An invoice is an itemized bill of the goods and services provided to a customer.
When you add an invoice, you can:

Add ticket items to the invoice

Step-by-Step Guides
Adding an Invoice

Open the Invoices tab.

Click New.

Enter details.
A user can create an invoice for the date range after the previous invoice date and the current date. A message appears informing you that billable transactions are available after the creation date of the invoice and before the end billing date of the invoice. -
Click Save.
Completing an Invoice

Add an invoice.

Use the Invoice Item Builder to add ticket items and/or price book items to the invoice.

Send the invoice to the customer for payment.

Apply payments to the invoice.

Apply credit memos to the invoice.
