Field Sets
Basics
When you use the Ticket Item Wizard to add multiple ticket items, you can select to enter details for those items.
To save time adding items of the same record type, add field sets for each record type on the Ticket Item object.
Field sets group related fields together and make the Ticket Item Wizard copy data from the first ticket item to subsequent items.
If you usually enter the same start and end date for all labor ticket items, add the Date Start and Date End fields to a field set for the Labor record type. This means that once you enter the start and end date for the first labor item, these values copy to the other labor items.
