We fixed an issue where when editing a work order and the Sync ID or a Tracking Number field, saving the work order returns an error.

Previously the error message said:

"Review the errors on this page. FX5__Tracking_Number__c: no value resetting is allowed"
or
"FX5__SyncID__c: no value resetting is allowed."

The error message has been changed to:

"Tracking Number cannot be changed."
or
"Sync ID cannot be changed."

Multi Login

The Admin Portal now supports multiple logins, making it easier to manage changes across different sandbox and production environments. Log in to multiple environments, then use Switch User to change which user is active.

Add Contact Record Options

  • When creating or modifying user records in the wizard, we added a new screen to manage the custom fields on the Contact object

  • The fields available to modify using the wizard are:

    • Available for Field Work

    • Office

    • Job Title from Catalog

    • Account

  • The screen displays after assigning permissions for the user(s)
