Create or Edit Work Orders in the FieldFX Mobile App
Learn how to create new work orders and edit existing ones in the FieldFX Mobile App.
Create a Work Order

Follow the steps in View Work Orders and their details to navigate to the list of work orders.

Tap the Create Work Order button (if available) to start creating a new work order.

Fill in the required fields and any additional fields as needed.
The available fields are determined by the layout defined in your sync profile.

Tap Save to create the work order.
Validation rules, required field checks, and field updates are applied when you save.
Edit a Work Order

Open a work order.

Tap Edit.

Modify the fields as needed.

Tap Save to apply your changes.

Work orders cannot be deleted in the FieldFX Mobile App. If you need to delete a work order, you must do so in FieldFX Back Office. |
