View work orders and their details in the FieldFX Mobile App.

The user needs to have an EAM license.

View Work Orders

  1. Log in to the FieldFX Mobile App.

  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to open the side menu.

  3. Select Work Orders from the side menu.

    A list of work orders appears. Use the search and sort features to find specific work orders or organize the list as needed.

  4. Tap on a work order in the list to view its details.

View Work Order Details

  1. Tap on a work order in the list to view its details.

    The work order detail screen shows the various fields related to the work order, such as the description, status, type, asset group, and more.

    The specific fields shown may vary based on how your administrator has configured the work order layout in the sync profile.

  2. Review the work order details as needed.
