Prerequisites

To set up jobs, you need to:

You can hide all of the pages related to jobs.

This gives you the ability to hide job information for users who only need to view and update tickets.

When you enable this feature, the following is hidden in FieldFX Mobile:

Access FieldFX Back Office.
Switch to Salesforce Classic.
From Setup, enter custom setting in the Quick Find box, then select Custom Settings.
Click FX Settings.
Under Custom Fields, click New.
Complete the following:
1. Select the Checkbox data type.
2. Click Next.
3. In Field Label, enter "Hide Jobs in Mobile".
4. Click Next.
5. Click Save.
Click Manage at the top of the page.
Click Edit.
Select Hide Jobs in Mobile.
Click Save.
