Supported Environments
FieldFX is a cloud-based field operations management solution built on the Salesforce platform.
FieldFX consists of two components:

FieldFX Back Office – for office and administrative users, accessed through Salesforce
-
FieldFX Mobile – for field users, accessed through supported mobile platforms
FieldFX Back Office operates entirely within Salesforce and is subject to Salesforce platform requirements and supported environments.
FieldFX Mobile supports both online and offline operation, with synchronization when connectivity is restored.
Back Office Requirements
