Add Unplanned Stock in the FieldFX Mobile App
Unplanned stock allows you to issue stock items that were not originally planned for the work order.

Open a work order.

Select the Planned Stock tab.

Tap Add Unplanned Stock.

Select a warehouse.

Use search, sort, or filters to locate stock items.

Select one or more stock items.

Tap Next.

Enter the quantity to issue for each item.
The issue quantity must be greater than zero. If the quantity entered exceeds the available on-hand quantity, a warning is displayed but you can still proceed.

Tap Submit.
For each item added, the application automatically creates a planned stock record.
After submission, each planned stock record includes a read-only Inventory Transactions list showing all movements for that item.
