Filter Report Templates by Custom Fields We added an option for the customer to filter report templates by custom fields. If the custom field value doesn’t match between the report template and items such as a job or a ticket, that template can’t be used. If the same custom fields match on both the report template and the job/ticket, the report shows up. |
