Schedule & Dispatch Updates

We extended the display duration of tooltips on scheduled crew and equipment cards before they automatically dismiss.

When managing multiple scheduled crew members or equipment items, dispatchers can now comfortably navigate to and interact with tooltip actions (such as unscheduling resources) without the tooltip disappearing prematurely.

We resolved an issue where Work Orders scheduled across two consecutive days (e.g., End Date = Start Date + 1) incorrectly rendered as a single-day duration on the schedule timeline.

Multi-day Work Orders now accurately span across all scheduled calendar days on the schedule board (e.g., 2-day jobs now properly display across 2 days), providing dispatchers with clear and accurate visibility into total job durations.

We resolved an issue where Work Order records displayed in S&D (such as on the Equipment list) showed inconsistent date and time stamps due to unintended time zone or offset shifts (e.g., displaying 7:00 PM instead of 12:00 AM midnight boundaries).

Dispatchers will now see scheduled Work Orders display accurate and consistent start/end date boundaries across all Schedule & Dispatch views, ensuring clear schedule alignment with other entries and eliminating confusion over job timeframes.

We fixed an issue where scheduled events (Crew Planning, Equipment Planning, Time Off, and Work Orders) with end times crossing past midnight (e.g., 12:01 AM) were not being fetched or displayed on the Day view timeline for the following day.

Dispatchers will now reliably see overnight records spanning across both days on the schedule timeline and Day view, ensuring no scheduled shifts or planning blocks are omitted when inspecting daily schedules.

We resolved a cosmetic issue where unwanted hyperlink text artifacts appeared while dragging to resize scheduled crew and equipment blocks.

Dispatchers will experience a smooth, clean interaction when adjusting the schedule duration of crew and equipment on the Dispatch tab.

We resolved an issue on the Dispatch tab where custom column widths set on job list views were lost when switching between different list views.

Dispatchers can now customize list view column widths without losing their adjustments when navigating between different views, saving time and maintaining their preferred workspace layout.

We fixed an issue on the Dispatch tab where calendar navigation (using forward/backward arrows) calculated and displayed incorrect date ranges when set to multi-month intervals (e.g., 2-month view preferences).

Dispatchers navigating across monthly or multi-month intervals will now see smooth, accurate date progression forward and backward without date misalignments on the schedule timeline.

We restored the missing Technical Qualification Indicator Restored on Schedule Pills.

In the Dispatch tab, when a scheduled crew or resource is missing required technical qualifications for a job, a visual warning indicator is now immediately visible directly on the assignment pill. Users no longer need to hover over the pill to discover missing qualification warnings, improving scheduling accuracy and dispatcher visibility.

We restored the Dispatch Timeline Durations and Interval Display Fix.

In the Dispatch tab, configuring certain timeline duration combinations in Preferences (such as multiple months and weeks) previously caused timeline intervals not to display correctly and resulted in the application freezing or becoming unresponsive when switching between tabs. This issue has been resolved so timeline intervals render properly across all duration settings, and tab navigation remains smooth and responsive.

We enhance S&D filters so they support AND plus the OR operator. Previously the filters only supported the AND operator.
