Use the Ticket Log to record the tasks completed for a ticket.

Step-by-Step Guides

You can add a ticket log entry in both FieldFX Back Office or in FieldFX Mobile.

Adding a Ticket Log Entry

FieldFX Back Office

  1. Log into FieldFX Back Office.

  2. Open the Tickets tab.

  3. Open the ticket.

  4. Under Ticket Logs, click New Ticket Log.

  5. In Category, select the task for which to add a log entry.

  6. Enter details.

  7. Click Save.

FieldFX Mobile

  1. Log into FX Mobile.

  2. Select Tickets on the sidebar.

  3. Select the ticket.

  4. Select Logs on the sidebar.

    The Logs option doesn’t display if you don’t have the FX E-Ticketing minimum permissions.
  5. Select Add.

  7. Enter details.

  8. Select Add.
