FieldFX 24R1

This release has the following changes:

We implemented the ServiceMax DataGuide Module for both the FieldFX Mobile and Back Office. Users can create, view and sync SVMX DataGuide forms from FieldFX Mobile.
We added to the FieldFX Back Office Data Grid improvements for the user to create specific grid views and increase the vertical distance in the display.
- Users can also:
  - Decide which data columns to view on the grid, depending on their use case, so the user is no longer being tied to the system administrator’s specified view.
  - See improved grid performance due to the ability to limit the number of columns displayed.
  - Create one or multiple views, depending on how they need to visualize the data in the grid.
  - Save grid views and re-use them it even after logging out of the application.
  - Maximize the Data Grid to full screen to see more data.
In FieldFX Schedule & Dispatch,
- We added the OR condition to the S&D filter mechanism. These enhancements allows S&D users to create complex filters to visualize the data that is relevant to them.
- We added an easier way for determining if scheduled technicians are missing qualifications in the Schedule & Dispatch schedule view.
We added a new Convert HTML to PDF Admin Tool where HTML generated reports can be converted into PDF format. Some legacy customers generate ticket or job reports as HTML documents, however, they want to provide their customers with a PDF document. This tool, allows an administrator to configure a process which will automatically convert an HTML document to PDF.

We have improved the Auto-Sync Failure Notifications so records that have pending Auto-Sync errors that are triggered by data being downloaded from FieldFX Mobile to Salesforce are flagged.

Changes from FieldFX Base Managed Package v1.569 and FieldFX Lightning Managed Package v1.239

A new FX5 patch upgrade, FieldFX Base Managed Package 1.569.1, was pushed out automatically to all Sandbox orgs to fix several issues affecting customers.

Changes made in version 1.239 per FFX-2687 have been removed and a patch to the Lightning Managed Package (1.243) has automatically been pushed to all Sandbox environments.
