Adding a Ticket Log Entry

FieldFX Back Office

  1. Open the Tickets tab

  2. Open the ticket

  3. Under Ticket Logs, click New Ticket Log

  4. In Category, select the task for which to add a log entry

  5. Enter details

  6. Click Save

FieldFX Mobile

  1. Select Tickets on the sidebar

  2. Select the ticket

  3. Select Logs on the sidebar

    Logs doesn’t display if you don’t have the FX E-Ticketing minimum permissions.
  4. Select Add

    Blue add button
  5. Select the task for which to add a log entry

  6. Enter details

  7. Select Add

    Green add button
