Setting Up the Sync Health Board

Contact LiquidFrameworks Support to get the URL for your org’s Sync Health Board
The URL is required to complete the setup.

From Setup, enter "tabs" in the Quick Find box, then select Tabs

Under Web Tabs, click New
-
Complete the following:

Select Full page width, then click Next
-
In Tab Label, enter "Sync Health Board"

Select a Tab Style
-
In Content Frame Height, enter "1000", then click Next

In Button or Link URL, enter the URL for your org’s Sync Health Board obtained from LiquidFrameworks Support in step 1, then click Next

Select the user profiles who need to view the Sync Health Board, then click Next
-
Click Include Tab
-
Select Field Ticketing (FX5_Field_Ticketing)

Select Append tab to users' existing personal customizations

Click Save
