Hiding Job Pages in FieldFX Mobile

Basics

  • You can hide all of the pages related to jobs.

  • This gives you the ability to hide job information for users who only need to view and update tickets.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access FieldFX Back Office

  2. Switch to Salesforce Classic

  3. From Setup, enter "custom setting" in the Quick Find box, then select Custom Settings

  4. Click FX Settings

  5. Under Custom Fields, click New

  6. Complete the following:

    1. Select the Checkbox data type

    2. Click Next

    3. In Field Label, enter "Hide Jobs in Mobile"

    4. Click Next

    5. Click Save

  7. Click Manage at the top of the page

  8. Click Edit

  9. Select Hide Jobs in Mobile

  10. Click Save
