Reporting Severity 1 Issues

Use the following table to determine whether you are experiencing a Severity 1 issue:

Does issue meet Severity 1 criteria?

  • Yes: Continue to the next question

  • No: Not a severity 1 issue

Can you reproduce the issue?

  • Yes: Continue to the next question

  • No: Not a severity 1 issue

Does the issue affect all users?

  • Yes: Continue to the next question

  • No: Not a severity 1 issue

Is the issue listed on the FieldFX Trust web site?

  • Yes: Issue is already known and being addressed

  • No: Continue to the next question

Is the issue listed on the Salesforce Developer’s Trust web site?

  • Yes: Issue is already known and being addressed

  • No: Continue to the next question

Can you login to Salesforce?

  • Yes: Continue to the next question

  • No: Contact Salesforce support

Is your local network down?

  • Yes: Contact your IT department

  • No: Continue to tthe next question

Have you exceeded your API Request Limits? (You can see your API limits on the Admin Portal.)

  • Yes: Contact Salesforce support

  • No: This potentially a Severity 1 issue. Contact LiquidFrameworks support.
