Changing Your Login Password

  1. Access FieldFX Back Office

  2. Complete one of the following:

    1. If using Salesforce Classic:

      1. At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

      2. Under Quick Links, click Change My Password

    2. If using Lightning Experience:

      1. At the top of the page, click your image and select Settings

      2. On the sidebar, click My Personal InformationChange My Password

  3. In Current Password, enter your old password

  4. In New Password and Confirm New Password, enter a new password

  5. Click Save

Changing Your Security Question

  1. Access FieldFX Back Office

  2. Complete one of the following:

    1. If using Salesforce Classic:

      1. At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

      2. Under Quick Links, click Change My Password

    2. If using Lightning Experience:

      1. At the top of the page, click your image and select Settings

      2. On the sidebar, click My Personal InformationChange MyPassword

  3. In Security Question, select your preferred security question

  4. In Answer, enter the answer to your security question

  5. Click Save

Changing Your Personal Information

  1. Access FieldFX Back Office

  2. Complete one of the following:

    1. In using Salesforce Classic:

      1. At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

      2. On the sidebar, click PersonalPersonal Information

    2. If using Lightning Experience:

      1. At the top of the page, click your image and select Settings

      2. On the sidebar, click My Personal InformationPersonal Information

  3. Make changes

  4. Click Save

Changing Your Language & Time Zone

  1. Access FieldFX Back Office

  2. Complete one of the following:

    1. If using Salesforce Classic:

      1. At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

      2. On the sidebar, click PersonalLanguage & Time Zone.

    2. If using Lightning Experience:

      1. At the top of the page, click your image and select Settings

      2. On the sidebar, click My Personal InformationLanguage & Time Zone

  3. Make the following entries:

    1. Time Zone: select the time zone in which to display date/time values

    2. Locale: select a locale to determine the format of dates, times, and names

    3. Language: select the language to use for fields and labels

  4. Click Save

Changing Your Personal Currency

  1. Access FieldFX Back Office

  2. Complete one of the following:

    1. If using Salesforce Classic:

      1. At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

      2. On the sidebar, click PersonalAdvanced User Details

    2. If using Lightning Experience:

      1. At the top of the page, click your image and select Settings

      2. On the sidebar, click My Personal InformationAdvanced User Details

  3. Click Edit

  4. In Currency, select a new personal currency

  5. Click Save

Personal currency amounts display in parentheses in Currency fields. Enable the Parenthetical Currency Conversion feature to display personal currency amounts.

Changing Your Tabs

Change the tabs that display in FieldFX Back Office by completing the following steps.

  1. Access FieldFX Back Office

  2. Switch to Salesforce Classic

  3. At the top of the page, click your name and select My Settings

  4. Complete one of the following:

    • Under Quick Links, click Customize My Tabs

    • On the sidebar, click Display & LayoutCustomize My Tabs

  5. In Custom App, select "Field Ticketing"

  6. Complete any of the following:

    1. Add a Tab

      1. In Available Tabs, select the tab

      2. Click Add

      3. In Selected Tabs, select the tab

      4. Change its position using Up and Down

    2. Remove a Tab

      1. In Selected Tabs, select the tab

      2. Click Remove

    3. Reorder the Tabs

      1. In Selected Tabs, select the tab to move

      2. Change its position using Up and Down

      3. Repeat for other tabs until you have the desired sequence

  7. Click Save
