Basics

Records become read-only when they reach a read-only status.

You can identify and configure read-only statuses in FieldFX Back Office.

You can select to make records read-only in FieldFX Back Office and/or FieldFX Mobile.

There are a number of restrictions when records become read-only, as indicated below.
Restrictions for Read-Only Quotes
FieldFX Back Office
When a quote is read-only, you can’t:

Add quote items using the Quote Item Builder

Edit quote items using the Quote Item Builder
FieldFX Mobile
When a quote is read-only, you can’t:
Rule Engine
The Rule Engine doesn’t run on read-only quotes.
