Item Attributes

Basics

Attributes provide a way to add additional specifications and descriptions to a Catalog Item.

Use Item Attributes to specify additional terms to Catalog Items, such as size, color, identifier, model, format, or other meaningful terms.

Creating Item Attributes

  1. Add a [New] record to the Item Attributes object

  2. Make the following entries in Information

    • Catalog Item (required): select the item to which to add an attribute

    • Attribute (Required): Term to add to the Catalog Item

    • Attribute Value (Optional): Value of the attribute for this Catalog Item

  3. Click Save or Save & New

Add or modify the values Item Attributes from the Catalog Item related lists.
