DataGuide Add Form Screen Configuration

The forms that display and are accessed in FX DataGuide vary based on where the user accesses the DataGuide tab:
From this screen… Description Independent type forms not linked to a Job or Ticket display
Job type forms linked to the current Job display
Independent type forms not linked to a Job or Ticket display
Ticket type forms linked to the current Ticket display

Form Versions must sync to the device to display.
AltSync,window="_blank" rules may impact what forms sync.
New Form

The user must have the DataGuide minimum permissions to use DataGuide to add and complete forms

User must have Create permission on the Form Data object

User must have Read permission on the Form and Form Version objects
