FX Mobile (Legacy) Work Orders Details Screen
This page details the Work Orders details screen in legacy FX Mobile. This screen is used by technicians to view the details of their assigned work orders. The configuration involves setting up the appropriate fields and permissions in Salesforce to ensure that the correct information is displayed to the users.
1: Work Order Details Layout
Displayed fields are controlled by the fields on the Work Order object’s page layout.
Record types and Profiles affect the page layout a user sees.
Sections on the screen are also defined in the page layout and honor the one-column or two-column settings on the layout.
