FX Mobile (Legacy) Work Orders Listing Screen
This page details the Work Orders listing screen in legacy FX Mobile. This screen is used by technicians to view and access their assigned work orders. The configuration involves setting up the appropriate fields and permissions in Salesforce to ensure that the correct information is displayed to the users.
1: Work Orders Panels
Displayed fields are determined by the Work Order object’s Compact Layout.
Layout can vary based on the Work Order’s Record Type.
Header and sub header fields are set by the order of fields on the Compact Layout.
2: Create New Work Order Button
User must have Create permissions to the FX5__WorkOrder__c object.
