This page details the Work Tasks details screen in legacy FX Mobile. This screen is used by technicians to view the details of their assigned work tasks. 1: Work Task Details Layout
Displayed fields are controlled by the fields on the Work Task object’s page layout.
Record types and Profiles affect the page layout a user sees.
Sections on the screen are also defined in the page layout and honor the one-column or two-column settings on the layout.
