FXL Ticket Scheduling Setup

You can use the Ticket Scheduling Lightning Component to see Equipment records and Crew Planning records related to a specific ticket.

Only Crew or Equipment records added to the org can be selected to add to ticket or ticket item.

To use the FieldFX Lightning package starting with version 1.225, you must use the FieldFX Managed Package version 1.529 or higher.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access to the Lightning Experience.

  2. Open the Lightning record page that you want to edit.

  3. Click the gear icon and select Edit Page.

Add the Ticket Scheduling Component

You must use the Lightning App Builder to add components to the page.
  1. Enter ticket in Search.

  2. Select and drag Ticket Scheduling Component over to the page canvas.

    As you drag the component over, green shows the areas that can take the component.
  3. In the Page > Ticket Scheduling Component window,

    1. In the Enter Object API Name, to configure the component to show crew records, enter FX5__Crew_Planning__c

    2. If you want to see equipment records, drag another Ticket Scheduling Component to the page canvas.

      • Select the new component.

      • In Page > Ticket Scheduling Component, enter FX5__Equipment_Planning__c in the Enter Object API Name field.

  4. Click Save.

  5. To return to the record page, click .
