Map Objects, Fields, and Variables in a DataGuide Form
For a DataGuide Form to be useful, it must be able to access and use information from records in FieldFX.
For example, if using a DataGuide inspection form for a Work Order, Billing Type and Work Order Asset data needs to be pulled from the Work Order in FieldFX to appear in the form. For this to happen, the form would need mapping to the Work Order object and the relevant fields selected.

After a object has been set for the form, select the related objects.
Use the Search field to find the fields, objects, or variables. Use the dropdown to select between All Fields or Selected Fields. -
Click Next.

Use the arrow field to expand the object and select the fields.
Record the field and variable name for your selection. These variable names are important when filtering the form or creating a form action.
