Task Labor Grid Page
Introduction
FieldFX Mobile allows field workers to access and create task labor records for FX EAM work orders.
Use the Work Task Grid page to locate open work tasks, add details, or modify details.
Access the Task Labor Search Page in FieldFX Mobile
Select Work Orders on the sidebar of the Home page, select a Work Order, then select Task Labor.
A grid displays if any task labor records exist for the work order.
View a Task Labor Record

From the grid, select the row for the record to view.

Select the blue checkmark button to return to the list of records.
Add a Task Labor Record

Select the blue plus Add a new Task Labor button to create a new task labor record.

Make entries for the task labor record.
Red lines indicate required fields that must be completed to save the record. These include:

Work Order
-
WO Task
-
User Resource
-
Work Date
-
Time Type
-
Regular Hours
-
Overtime Hours
-
Doubletime Hours
Some fields are prepopulated, but can be edited based on the user’s permissions.

Select the green plus button to create a new record
or
Select the blue checkmark button to update an existing record.
Delete Task Labor Records

From the list of Task Labor Records, select the checkmark for the row(s) to delete.
Select the checkmark in the column label header row to select all displayed records.

Click the red trash can icon
The icon indicates the number of selected records.

Click DELETE in the confirmation prompt to delete the records.
Walkthrough
Basics
Use the walkthrough to view explanations of buttons and controls available on the current screen.
Using the Walkthrough
To display the walkthrough, select the help question mark button on the sidebar.
To move through the explanations of each feature, select Prev or Next.
To close the walkthrough, select End tour.
Customizing Walkthrough Text
Administrators can customize the text that displays in the walkthrough messages to conform to your processes and language.
In addition to text, the walkthrough can display images, PDFs, and videos available from a static URL.
Each stop can display multiple slides.
